Views were amazing being on the top floor of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious with different options for our children. Was very nice to have a room with kitchen and table for our two little boys. Also we took our two small dogs with us and the staff was very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed the area and dine very well in the room with no issues. Thank you

Breakfast was good, room was very clean, parking in the garage was convenient. I know Loveland is having a hard time with the homeless population right now and I have compassion for the people and situation but it impacts this hotel due to its location. Also, a weird thing. The light switch at the front door of the hotel room contols the light in the middle of the room and the bathroom,

Clean, quiet, very nice staff. Overnight stay in our own area to a gas leak at the house. Last minute booking but no issues getting the room and the staff were more than understanding of the situation such as when I had to race home to see if we would need another night stay or if the league have been repaired. Don't generally stay in my own town but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We stay in hotels quite a bit and it is one of the top 10% we've been in.
