"STAFF- Not friendly. Lack of supplies in the room. No extra tissues. The room is not fresh. The smell still there. You won't enjoy breakfast. The same floors are separated so you to have to check Zthe elevator you're going to use"

Edmonton Hotel and Convention Centre
"The room was clean but you can tell it’s getting worn. The hallways were very rundown and seemed dirty compared to the rooms. The carpets in the hallways are very stretched out and makes the place look very ‘tired’ looking. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional."
