Hyatt Place Edmonton-West
"The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Property was clean with the exception of the elevator floors. Staff were nice. We ate dinner there and while the roast beef sandwich was tasty, it was basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Location was very close to the West Edmonton Mall."

"While the lobby is impressive, and they are under renovations, I can't believe they are able to charge the amount per room that they are. You also have to pay for parking - $30 per night. You'd be better off going to a hotel that offers parking included in the rates. It took forever to get the water ..."

Fantasyland Hotel
"It was awful. An alarm started going off after 2 am. We were left with unknowns whether there was a fire or intruder…it was very scary. It went off for over an hour. And then again at 7:30 and 8am . It was very stressful and we did not have a restful night. It was awful, lack of communication."
