"I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The spa and swimming pool were excellent and a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options. "As always, our stay was amazing. Staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are pristine. We always stay here when visiting Edinburgh. This was the first time we had any issues though, the lamp in the room wasn’t working and the toilet flush seems to get stuck. These are very minor issues and everything else was amazing! The rooms are equipped brilliantly. Thank you!"

"The room was clean but could have been cleaner and didn’t smell very fresh.You couldn’t open the windows so it was very hot and stuffy.The bar was closed on the 1st night which was a bit of a surprise. All in all it was ok but we wouldn’t book to stay there again."
