Quand l'injustice côtoie le sordide...

Nous n'avons pu pour raisons de santé,hospitalisation en urgence de M. a Lille , honorés notre réservation du jeudi 4 /09 au Lion d'or, a Ecouche, pres de Falaise. Nous avons appelé l'hotel le 3/09 pour les informer de l'impossibilité d'être presents et annuler notre reservation, mais il nous été répondu que c'etait impossible a cause de l'organisme gestionnaire :donc vous. Voila pourquoi je vous ai attribué du commentaire "horrible"

Il faudrait prévenir les clients, sur le problème d'attente pour avoir de l'eau chaude dans la salle d'eau... Il serait bon qu'il y ait une présence à l'accueil. Il n'y avait personne de présent dans l'hôtel !!!

acceuil pas très chaleureux, pas de chauffage dans la chambre(se déclenche à 18,5°) et pas d'eau chaude le soir sauf le matin un peu, la chaudière c'est déclenché à 6h du matin avec un bruit de tracteur, et à 8h30 réveillé par la radio juste en bas de l'escalier. Le patron ne nous a pas regardé quand nous sommes parti.

Bon point de départ pour découvrir la Suisse Normande. Accueil chaleureux. Possibilité de mettre la moto à l'abri. Carrefour avec travaux et un peu de circulation le matin donc pas paisible. Mobilier ancien.

Un hotel d'un autre temps...

Les murs sont très fins, j'ai pu profiter du passage aux toilettes sonore de mon.voisin de chambre. Ma carte bancaire enregistrée sur hotels.com qui ne devait pas etre débitée, a été débitée sans mon accord. Cest inadmissible. De plus cette carte avait servi à valider la réservation de plusieurs chambres, jai donc payé la nuitee pour mes collègues de bureau alors quil etait prevu un règlement a l'arrivée (chacun sa chambre)
