"The building is outdated. The rooms were clean and staff was excellent however the bathrooms, curtains, and hallways could use an update. The hotel does not offer free parking and does not have a restaurant or bar connected. The area is rough, i was unaware of what the locals call the "TL" high crime rate and homeless issue. Overall, i would not select this hotel again."

"I thought this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I got a double bed room instead of a single king which wasn’t the issue but this hotel room is appalling and hasn’t been updated since the 70s. It felt more like a cheap one room apartment. The bed was a nightmare. Thin like paper sheets, dirty comforters, freezing, seedy guests, dusty floors. I was absolutely terrified during my entire stay. I will avoid this hotel anytime I’m in San Francisco. An absolute nightmare. It’s more like a seedy motel."

"Charged a refundable 200 deposit but said they keep 20 for use of amenities that included the continental breakfast. The breakfast was definitely no where near worth 20. Amenities should be included with the cost of the room."

"Room was clean, but common areas were consistently messy. The common areas are a fun amenity for those looking to work a remote 9-5 from there, but if you plan on using them I’d prepare to clean up your own area (BYO cleaning wipes). Rooms are small but efficient enough. Gym is better than expected, and definitely a highlight."
