"Whoever is running cleaning they need to hire new people , the floor was so dirty my son was walking on it barefoot for 1 minute first night and his feet were BLACK. We found a bag with wet clothes from previous people that had stayed in one of the drawers. Pool was clean but way too small and overpacked with people , check in was at 4 usually most hotels let you do early check in with an extra cost I asked and they said no , mind you they gave us our second room at 4:29. I don’t like writing bad reviews because regardless of everything I did have a good time because I went with family and tried not letting everything ruin my stay but definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"The room next to us had a domestic dispute that went on ALL night. We have two young children, and we could hear every word they were screaming. We called security twice, but nothing changed. As a result, we were unable to get any sleep."

"The property and room were clean. The staff were helpful. There were lots of activities to keep us busy. My only complaint was when I purchased on e drink from the bar there was an automatic 20% tip on the bill. If you’re going to automatically charge me just raise the price of the drink and pay your employees a fair wage."

"We loved our stay at the Three waters resort. Room was very clean, and the whole property was beautiful. we loved that house keeping came every day. We did wish some stuff stayed open a bit longer, a lot of the staff was so nice but there was a few that just seemed rude. Good and drinks are a little over priced. We did a snorkeling and sand bar tour that was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay and were thoroughly impressed with the property from start to finish. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with a bed that made it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The amenities truly set this resort apart. We enjoyed having access to kayaking, snorkeling, and fishing, all conveniently available on-site. The pool area was beautifully maintained, with comfortable cabana-style seating that created a relaxing atmosphere. The beach was equally impressive, offering plenty of shaded spots to unwind and some truly breathtaking sunsets each evening. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Our teens were excited to use activities and games available, making it easy for everyone to stay entertained. The entire property was meticulously maintained, and it was clear that great care is taken to keep the grounds looking beautiful. We also appreciated the convenient parking located directly behind the building and the on-site restaurant, which made dining easy with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the coffee. Everything else exceeded expectations, but a better cup of coffee would make the experience absolutely perfect! Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return and recommend this resort to others looking for a relaxing, well-maintained getaway."
