"Very clean room with all expected facilities. Very close to ferry wharf to Cannakkale but still quiet due to double glazing. Hotel also runs tours to Troy and Gallipoli. Troy tour was dissappointing due to a lacklustre guide - however hotel refunded an appropriate proportion of cost when told this. Gallipoli tour was probably the best tour I've ever done - again due to the tour guide. Hassan is simply magnificent. Breakfast was ok. Wifi worked fine. "The hotel was clean and the room heating worked fine. Our room was not ready for 1.5 hours after the check in time and then they gave us a room right next to the elevator which makes a lot of noise. I asked for another room and they gave us one that was on a higher floor, very quiet with a beautiful view. They also brought us a nice tray of sweets to make up for the previous problem. "
