"Hotel needs more signage. There's only an arrow on the road to lead you past several other buildings. Self check-in is difficult if you only speak English. Luckily a very nice front desk attendant showed up to help us. Our original room was not as described on Expedia but he moved us to a much nicer room with the accommodations we needed. Their dinner restaurant was just a short, pleasant walk and had very good food."

"This hotel was a very nice surprise. Conveniently situated within steps of the train station, it was really wonderful. It was very much a comfortable business hotel that provided excellent service. This is small but would have been an excellent addition. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel in immaculate and well appointed. The coffeehouse attached has a wonderful breakfast with great service. The walls are thick concrete so it is absolutely quiet; I never heard noise (voices and doors closing) in the hall or out on the street. There is a lovely balcony with table and 2 chairs and a useful ceiling fan. The location is ideal for walking to the center of town and for the bus stop for busses to the hiking trails and to Sargens, Switzerland, if leaving via Zurich. I can recommend this hotel without reservation."
