reundliches Hotel an guter Lage

Gute Lage, 3min zur Postautohaltestelle und Nahe zur Bergbahn. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Standartzimmer mit Dachschräge. Für grössere Gäste ev nicht praktisch. Kleineres Badezimmer, aber ausreichend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück mit Käse aus der Region

Aufenthalt insgesamt ok: Restaurant hatte am Anreisetag geschlossen, an Reception eine Stellvertretung, die zwar sehr freundlich, aber nicht zu allem Auskunft geben; grosses Zimmer, Bad neu gemacht; da Zimmer auf Strassenseite, teilweise laut. Interessant ist der Gästepass „Oskar“ - bei 2 und mehr Uebernachtungen danach fragen.

Der Chef war sehr nett und freundlich, aber bei den Servicekräften hatte man das Gefühl unerwünscht zu sein. Montag und Dienstag war Ruhetag, sowas muss bei der Buchung dabei stehen, wir mussten dann am Sonntag auschecken, unser Aufenthalt ging aber bis Montag. Somit hatten wir das Problem, dass wir am Sonntag Abend (21:30 Uhr) nicht mehr ins Zimmer gekommen sind, die Servicekraft (kurz vor dem Gehen) dann nur meinte, da haben sie ja Glück dass ich noch da bin. Am Montag selber gab es dann ein sehr spartanisches Frühstück mit den Resten vom Sonntag. Also war es im großen und ganzen leider kein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Im allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön,leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir nur einen wunderschönen Wanderausflug machen konnten.Leider konnten sie die Heizung infolge Saisonschluss nicht mehr einstellen,was für mich fraglich war!( konnten oder wollten nicht) Das Badezimmer war die ganze Zeit kalt ,wir liessen einfach die Türe zum Schlafzimmer so gut es ging immer offen, Sinn und Zweck!?

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt mit Sicht auf die Berge

Zimmer sehr sauber. Leider musste ich kurz nach 08.00 Uhr losfahren. Beim Einchecken wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass vor 8 Uhr kein Kaffee zu bekommen sei. Beim Auschecken erfuhr ich, dass jemand extra früher mit dem Vorbereiten begonnen hatte. Hätte man mich im Zimmer oder via Mail über die sehr freundliche Geste und Änderung informiert, hätte es für uns beide Sinn gemacht. Schade. Ich würde trotz dem Erlebnis wieder hingehen.
