"We had a challenging start. The entire beach was under construction due to a cyclone in January. We had no idea about this prior to our stay. When we arrived we had no hot water and it was only turned on the next day. The hot tub was not filled up initially and was not ready to go. Having said that, the apartment was fantastic for us. "Maria, Andrea, Derique and his wife (with a very old dog) were delightful hosts, who made every effort to make a stay pleasant! The hotel is very well located right in the center of the town (a bit challenging to drive to, if you have car!). And, breakfast was always great, with plenty of freshly made cappuccinos."
