"This place was nice. It was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was lacking. The only real issue I had here was it was infested by wasps. They were everywhere in the pool and in the splash pad for a little kids other than that this place is really great."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The hotel dates back to 1882 and you can feel the history in the building. The floors creak and the doors are heavy. There are bookshelves, paintings, old phonographs, old photographs, trivia and old mirrors all over the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again when we're in the Albuquerque area. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up."

"The advertised amenities didn’t match the property. The swimming pool shown on Expedia was not available at the hotel. Additionally, the air-conditioning in our initial room was non-functional. When we requested a room change, the staff accommodated us promptly, though they expressed surprise at the issue, insisting the room had never presented problems before. While management was ultimately helpful in relocating us, the initial dismissal of our concern was disappointing."

"The property was “okay”. This was my 6th hotel stay in a row and one the most expensive. Worst pool out of my stays. The pool walls are filthy you can rub your finger on the wall and a thick layer of scum is there. The hot tub was clean. My room was decent and it was clean. The breakfast was your typical, but more decent than some. I don’t think the cost was worth what I received compared to other hotels. I only spoke to a staff person checking in and it was brief. Beds were comfortable."

"I have two rules that cannot be broken: #1 Clean room with clean sheets. #2 NO BUGS! The room was somewhat clean. In the middle of the night, I got up to peep and there was a scorpion in the bathroom (thank goodness I had on a pair of night slippers!). In the morning I found another. At the front desk I commented to the employee about the scorpions I found in the bathroom. Her reply "Yeah they're kind of a problem here." She didn't even ask me what room I was in... I stayed in this exact...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge could have been colder. Minor issues were handled efficiently with staff. The location was loud off of I40 but I care a sound machine which drown that all out."
