"Was here for a youth soccer tournament and it was a great option."

"New clean property with good staff"

"Room was fine but... 1. Raising room rates by hundreds of dollars on college homecomming weekends is unconscionable. Nothing more than predatory pricing. I know all chains do and have for years but that doesn't make it right, esp when parents are struggling with the economic issues we face today. 2, Our room had no soap or shampoo!!!! 3, Coffee maker had only two pods, one regular, the other decaf. Neither my wife nor I drink decaf so we had to share our morning coffee. I understand that in...

"The room was clean and comfortable"

"Great staff,Spotless facility decent price"

"The staff was rude when we arrived, our room at best had lukewarm water and we were told it’s because the hot water heaters are on the other side of the hotel, we didn’t receive new towels over our 4 day stay and at the end of the third day our key cards didn’t work and we had to go back to the desk."

"Breakfast could be better with a better coffee"

"Newly-renovated rooms in what you can tell is an older property in downtown Springfield. Has full restaurant, bar, pool, and gym, so it's good for business and personal travelers alike. Walking distance to MGM casino and museums."

"The bathroom was extremely dirty. Sketchy motel. Would highly not recommend"

"Room was clean, staff was good, parking great, continental breakfast was terrible plan on going elsewhere"

"I had a full apartment even though I didn’t request it. It was great to have the kitchen. Thank you!"

"Clean and modern. Massage chair in each room is a bonus. Kevin was very helpful and walked us up to our room."

"Everything good but should not charge for parking"

"Staff and facility were clean, helpful and enjoyable. Breakfast was usual, nothing special. Good dark roast coffee."

"Overall a bad experience. No bereavement rate if booked through Expdeia. Way too expensive. Charge you for parking in a parking lot, no security, no garage or covered parking...why Patty extra?. Abd the staff were horrible. No help with questions or concerns. No manager on duty on a weekend???"

"The lobby area was nice and then the common areas were pretty nice and well kept. However, the pool was pretty rough stairs were very flimsy getting into the pool. The sauna was not working and had a mop bucket and broom inside of it. It honestly looked like a motel inside. The room was fine, however, the molding on the shower bathroom on the rest of the room was coming off. It was clean however it looked like it hasn’t been taken care of in a long time. It looks like there’s no person fixing...
