"A few rooms were riddled with flies. Everyday I returned after work, I’d find even more so definitely ask to see the rooms first before you stay. Also, there was a constant odor of sewage."

"Rooms are very spacious and clean. However, the room had some disrepair going on with the floor, the heat was either freezing you out or suffocating. Could not find a middle. Lastly, our room had a bunch of huge flies in it and I did not appreciate it whatsoever."

"Great stay overall. No complaints"

"Clean room"

"Needed more towels, was delivered bath mats."

"My room had a red spider on the ceiling and a black spider next to the table by the bed. The bathroom sink had hair in it and the shower wasn’t clean. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well and couldn’t wait to leave. Won’t stay there again."

"They are doing updates, the pool was closed, redoing the lobby area. no evening meal service. The location is great, the property is clean, staff very friendly"

"Great Breakfast and friendly staff! First impressions were great, however after staying the night noticed several things that needed attention. The linens provided for the pullout couch were quite badly stained. Air gaps in the doors, and either thin walls, or not properly insulated had us privy to the neighbours conversations late into the night. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Property was well maintained, clean and friendly staff."

"This gem of a location gives guests convenience and access to all the treasures and amenities of Rochester…an amazing riverfront park and walking/running trails along with a rowing club, memorials, restaurants and museum exhibiting art, a rare Fry Glass collection and train village showcasing the living typography of this quaint borough. A rare find indeed."

"Excellent check-in staff. Nice room, bedding, pillows, towels, etc. Continental breakfast. Parking for 2 weeks at $10/night. All the parking is on the opposite side from the main entrance Parking is well lit. The main entrance was pretty dark at night."
