"We came to Memphis for our grandson's band competition. This hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Our unit was clean, a bit outdated but still nice and kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was clean, tub needs to be recalked. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season. We were greeted daily by friendly staff and enjoyed the breakfasts the hotel provided. We would stay again."

"Clean small room staff were great restaurants everywhere but National Guards was staying at hotel and they were everywhere and it made me very uneasy"

"Everything was amazing , I was nervous because a few bad reviews but this hotel is a 10/10 worth the money , housekeeping came everyday during my 3 day stay . Hotel employees were very kind . Very clean . Everything you need in one space ."
