"The room was half cleaned, and there was a dampness in the room. The sheets & towels both felt half dry. I checked in well after checkin time close to. 5:30p f not later. After returning the damp towels to the front desk. We only received 2 dingy towels in return saying there weren’t any more available. The bath room had hair in the sink and shower. The room just gave half clean."

"Walked into lobby with trash on floors, the elevator had trash on floors that stayed there all three days of stay. Heard gun shots at night and was woken up at 7:45 am by maintenance wanting to clean the air conditioner. The toilet also stopped up the first night."
