"Room was kept clean, as was the rest of the building. Access to the restaurant and bar was great. The hotel itself was also nearby lots of other places that was nice for our stay, such as other restaurants, the bus stop, grocery store and the beach. It was a nice place to stay away from the busyness of Edinburgh, but still access the city through a 20-30 minute but ride. Only negative was the mattress wasn't in amazing condition"

"Second time we have stayed at Bayswell Park while attending Scottish Open golf. Very helpful staff and good rooms which we think have been recently refurbished. Our room on first floor had magnificent views of the Forth. Our evening meal was excellent"

"We were happy to see that there was a restaurant and bar on the premises when we arrived as we were tired and it was raining. The food was good and fresh. The rooms are spacious but plain. The shower worked fine. The bathroom could use a shelf or cabinet to put your stuff on. There was a coffee and teas station. We were on the second floor with no lift since it’s an older building if that is a concern for you. The neighborhood was quiet and you could see the ocean from our window although it was...

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."

"Basic hotel close to town. Easy walk for food, etc. Golf is over the road. Staircase to room is steep and narrow Room was very small and headroom was limited so could not stand in bathroom near toilet There is no parking so need to park on the street and it is metered"

"Away from the main city . Hotel location is quiet silent , lot of green farms behind the hotel.Hotel building is very old but well maintained . Hotel foods are very nice also the staff’s are fantastic and very helpful. They can improve cleaning in parking area and external stairs and inside corridors. Overall it’s a nice place to short stays"

"Betrieben wird das B&B von einem reizenden älteren Pasr. Die Betten waren zumindest im Vergleich zu anderen schottischen Unterkünften sehr bequem . Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und wirklich super ! Insgesamt auch aufgrund der Lage direkt am Strand sehr zu empfehlen!"
