4/5 - Good
very quiet village, a place to go if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. River Tyne flows there, nice spot.

good on all counts but did experience problems with heating on first day and permanent problems with tv , A point for guests with limited mobility there are 2 flights of stairs and no other rooms available for us. As description stated garden view we thought it was on the ground floor, not the top ...

Much better than I expected. The owner has made an effort here. Right on Dalkeith high streer. Noisy area but felt safe.
