"Check in was a joke. No place to park. Tried to use a kiosk to check in. Couldn't find reservation. Staff member finally took over & abandoned the kiosk to do everything manually. Tried to use key card to park & it wouldn't work. Casino allows smoking & u have to go thru the casino to get anywhere. ..."
