"Terrific staff, very kind and friendly. Free breakfast was good, restaurant was great for dinner. Big room with big bathroom, nicely updated."

"The hotel is perfectly positioned as a base for the caves and mill. The rooms are clean and the staff helpful. "We really enjoyed our night at The Old Manor house. Parking is excellent, and the facilities were perfect. We took advantage of the communal lounge and played some games with hot chocolate. Had a lovely meal at The Lamb in Uxbridge. Breakfast was excellent."

"Lovely place to stay, great accommodation, staff and food"

"David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Amazing stay stuff were really friendly. Big thank you to Shaun and Mario who were at the front desk."

"This is a lovely place to stay with with bright clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. There was waitress service and the dining lounge was pleasant. My only reservation is that there is no emergency phone number at night should guests need to contact staff but overall I would be happy to use this hotel again."
