"What a gem this hotel was. It was a bit of a lucky find but glad we found it. Rooms were modern but had a rustic vibe. Room was also very spacious with a lot of room to move about. Very nice porch as well with a lovely babbling brook right outside the door. The only drawback was the 2 skylights that let in dawns light at 6am every morning, hence the 3 stars on comfort. We got used to it but it would be nice to have something set up to shade the light. We also liked easy access to extra towels...

We love the upgrades made to the rooms - walk in shower, large vanity area beside the.sink, new furniture and in room Keurig. The property is right downtown with shopping, restaurants and bars all an easy walk away. Friday night they had music in the park across the street which was an added bonus.
