The room was clean, but dated. The plug at the bathroom sink did not work, and there is no in room coffee maker. ( I travel with one, so no real problem there.) Compl breakfast consisted of only cereal and coffee, from what I could see. Excellent for the price paid and the reason for my 2 day stay.

The room was OK, parking is great, front desk people were great. The bathroom was poor. Lots of fruit fly type bugs around, the shower stall was disgusting, the shower head was on a non secured pipe so wobbled about, hot water took forever to arrive (what a waste). The toilet tank had a top that didn’t fit the toilet make. Very convenient location. TV was good. An additional water heater would really help.

The hotel is in a good area, it's close to bojangles and the famous "Haywood Smokehouse". The owners let us check in early which was a plus! The room is old looking, pillows were flat, there was some repairs. Room was clean. We might stay here again.

When checking in they told me my room was ready. Then they told me that they were oversold and other guest decided to stay. Then I got another story that they would refund me the difference. I took the other room and then found out from another staff member that they had two king rooms ready but they wanted to sell them to someone else for a higher rate than what I got online. This person said that this happens quite often. When I approached the owner, he said that if I didn't like it I could check out and find somewhere else to stay. Since I had already moved my items in the room, I decided to stay. If it weren't for the initial treatment, I would rate everything higher. I just hate the dishonesty just to make a few bucks. And to boot, the place wasn't oversold; there were plenty of rooms and parking spaces in front of them and no bus/vans to account for the story of being oversold, which I feel that in itself, is a bad business practice especially when it even isn't a holiday or major tourist area. Was in town for a wedding.

Carpets lots of stains Caulked over mold in the shower Grout in the shower dirty A/c unit put out cold air but did not cool down the room successfully Road noise Front desk was friendly and helpful. For the price, I woupd jave expected a cleaner bathroom. Nice rocking chairs outside of the room for use.

Simple and clean, despite the empty tissue holder. But forget about the so-called breakfast: Juice machine was out of order all week, coffee was inedible, and no milk was provided for the breakfast cereal. I was in large party renting more than a dozen rooms and none of us would touch the coffee, nor wanted to eat dry cereal, so we went out for breakfast every day. To claim they are serving breakfast is cynical false advertising.

ABSOLUTELY the best hotel we stayed at while we were in the process of moving here until we got our house approved! Amazing people! Show them respect and they will show it back! Amazing, 11 out of 10!!!! I love you guys! Stay here over anywhere else! Kind, cool and understanding! Just don’t disrespect. Thank you guys so much!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with a restaurant suggestion. For a night or 2, very adequate accommodation, and the price was great!

Dirty. Not friendly. Absolutely terrible service. I parked with my boyfriend on the property an hour before 1:30pm which is when they told me I could check in. Then they came and told us we could not park on the property until we were checked in. We left & came back at 1:30pm to check in. It just seemed like they did not want to help me check in early even though they seemed to have many empty rooms. The property looks abandoned the pool is out of order & in terrible condition visually. THERE WAS MOLD ALL OVER THE BOTTOM OF THE CLOTH SHOWER CURTAIN!! I think I am sick now because ever since I left there I started having a sore throat now my nose is runny. Not to mention I’m pregnant. Why couldn’t they just wash the shower curtain in the washer with bleach? Seems simple right? Overall the room was not too dirty. It was fairly clean but the mold and cleanliness of the shower was a deal breaker. If you’re going to clean don’t do a half way job. Defeats the purpose of cleaning if you’re going to leave mold all over the shower curtain and shower. They definitely didn’t clean it properly. BREAKFAST WAS PATHETIC! literally fruit loops or Raisin Bran with whole milk and coffee was all they offered. No muffins! No toast and butter. Nothing. So cheap & shows how little they care about their customers. For $75 a night I feel like I wasted my money. I would definitely not recommend this unless they gave it to you for $45 a night. Also I could feel the springs in the bed Was uncomfortable
