No 1 Appartment

We loved appartment 1 .It had 2 large bedrooms with 3 single beds in each.The kitchen was in the corridor between the bedrooms .Not much room but wasn't a problem as we only used the toaster. No air con which was a bit of a problem as yesterday hit 30 degrees. Lovely large bathroom with bath and shower. The appartments are in a great location on the old town square but the noise may cause some concern with guests. Also one little thing no hairdryer in the room

I requested the 2 bedroom apt. The one I got was a studio. It even close to what I assumed it would be. There was no communication that it would not be two bedrooms. I would have gone to another location if i knew. Also, the door was extremely difficult to open. After spending over 15 minutes trying, a neighbor showed us how to do it. Instructions would be good

Familie ferie.

Fantastisk by og meget central placering. Dog meget larm fra gaden og natklubben under. Lejligheden er stor, sengene er gode og der var dejligt rent. Den er er smule slidt, især køkkenet og badeværelset.

I didn't like the fact that there was no door on the bedroom and that the lounge looked nothing like the picture. the blind in the wash/shower room did not work meaning privacy was not good. The shower floor was very slippy and there was no shower mat. The water did not flow out meaning that you had to stop and start the shower to let the water escape. The lounge windows did not keep out the cold or the noise and the curtains were very thin. More importantly there is no lift and it was not clear that this apartment was up four flights of stairs.

I don't think the photo is the actual apartment but our unit was great. The patio was awesome. It was spacious and clean. It was the best price we could find and we are glad we booked it. It was definitely worth it. The location can't be beaten. Highly recommend!

Appartamento ottimo per la posizione centrale. Al nostro arrivo avevano dimenticato di lasciarci la chiave, grazie ad un interprete tedesco in 5 minuti è arrivato l'interessato molto gentile. Non proprio puliti bagno e cucina. L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene

Super!

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Selbst besondere Wünsche wie 2. Schlüssel oder späterer Check Out würden erfüllt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten! Einziges Manko: das WLAN ist nicht so gut.

Location for the Altstadt is perfect. The apartment is ideal for a family of four although there are 3 flights of stairs to climb if there are youngsters. The Hinkel bakery is downstairs which is good for breakfasts. Towels are provided but it would be nice to have other toiletries made available to guests.

Very good location. It is not 2 bedroom, just 1 with a bed in the living room. There is no doors inside so there is no privacy for 2 people. We went on a job trip.

일단 관광지와 굉장히 가까운곳에 위치해 있어서 돌아다니기 편하고 좋았다. 서비스가 다소 부산한감이 없지않아있지만 지인들에게 추천하기도 괜찮은 숙소인듯

Not a hotel. AirBnB type apartment.

Location is awesome - in the heart of the Altstadt. You literally see both Burgplatz and Marktplatz out of the window. Roomy and comfortable apartment, good beds. Oddly, only three chairs in the kitchen. One of us had to sit on a stepstool. First floor is occupied by bakery, you have to walk through garage and three floors upstairs (no elevator). Awesome fresh bread smell in the morning, but you bump into bakery personnel sometimes in the garage. Fun adventure. We liked it. Just don't expect a "hotel".

It was not easy to find as there was no sign for this place. It is an apartment in an apartment block not a hotel. Once I found the right door I need to call the property. They then sent someone to bring me a key and let me in after about 15 minutes. The apartment is in ok shape but a bit more cleaning would be good. I didn't get the wifi to connect. It was an ok place and very spacious.

L'appartement est très bien situé en plein coeur du vieux Dusseldorf et dans un quartier très animé L'accueil ne se fait pas à l'appartement mais dans un autre endroit à quelques kms de là ... Mieux vaut avoir une voiture !!! Ensuite il faut savoir que tout le quartier esr pieton, l'hôte nous a proposé un parking souterrain à un prix acceptable ...,mais assez difficile à trouver Pareil pour ml'appartement, situé dans une rue entièrement piétonne, assez difficile à trouver ... L'entrée se fait par une porte de garage sans une boulangerie ... Faut trouver ... Et de n'etait pas clairement expliqué lors de la remise des clés !!! Dernier point très très négatif... L'horrible odeur de tabac dans l'appartement et ça ce n'est pas acceptable !!!!!! Par ailleurs propreté moyenne ... Lave vaisselle non vidé et micro onde dans un état déplorable !!! Mais dans l'ensemble sentiment plus que positif

Perfect location. Great view. Near everything.

Couldn't ask for anything more when booking in dusseldorf. Near everything. Easy access from/to Central Station. The place offers more than a normal hotel. Owner was very hospitable and helpful. Needs to add an email contact.
