This is my go to Hotel when in Dusseldorf, the staff is great, willing to help with any situation.

Hotel is excellent with comfortable rooms and handsome public areas. Restaurant grossly overpriced with average food, although breakfast at $40 is the best cooking of the day. Staff very pleasant. Cross the harbor bridge to reach agreeable di I g and visit the stylish neighborhood. Not much surrounding the hotel itself. Public transport is near by to all parts of town.

Great stay. Worst cursomer service

Great location , clean modern rooms , great instructed views of the city and the Rhine Only serious problem is the night manager (3-4 April) was extremely rude and did not want to help with a taxi that stole money from us basically saying it wasn't his problem. Won't go back because of that poor customer service. Other than that was a nice stay

This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and we travel the world. Service was outstanding and our suite was amazing! Not to mention their on site restaurant was one of the best for not only breakfast but dinner I have ever experienced in a hotel.

We had a Club room and access to the Club lounge for our week long stay. Leon was the staff member looking after the Club Lounge for most of our stay. He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! He made us feel at home and that he truly cated about making our stay the best it could be. Leon was hospitality at its finest.
