Worth every cent

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has a vintage look and the rooms are renovated and always clean. The hotel manager was very helpful and was there when we needed him. Overall, I recommend this hotel to everybody that wants to visit the Rhine-Ruhr region area, as it is perfect for that: close to every kind of transport and perfect sleeping conditions after a day of exploring.

Dirty Have to pay for Wifi Have to pay 10 Euro for towel (deposit) Have to pay extra if you pay with card Beds are terrible No enough electricity socket The fan in the room does not work They don’t even knock the door when they come in to the room. I was just wearing my underwear Bathroom smells bad Check out is 11(the email said it was 12) Sometimes water suddenly bursts out Takes a while to get hot water Electric kettle never stops even the water is already boiling The entire floor smells like an ashtray I don’t even care about the quality of the hotel but this was way to far from the average. There are so many better options in Düsseldorf. Just not here..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter aber relativ ruhig. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen

Die Zimmertür war verzogen und ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, was zu lautem Lärm aus dem Hausflur führte; Mobiliar war alt und vom Second-Hand-Laden teilweise defekt besorgt; Matratzen waren durchgelegen, weshalb kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich war; Badezimmertür nicht verschließbar und ging immer wieder von alleine auf; Dusche dreckig und verschimmelt; Waschbecken hatte einen Sprung und dreckig; Wände waren dreckig; Wände hellhörig, sodass die Dusche und Toilette aus dem Nachbarzimmer immer zu hören waren; Seifenspender defekt; Rezeption oft unbesetzt und desinteressiert

Dålig service. Får inte det rum som man beställt, och så blir det bara omständligt. Mycket högljud hiss som skakar hela byggnaden och hör allt i hela huset. Välj ett annat boende om du vill sova!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad kaum begehbar und die Betten alt und abgenutzt. Als ich schlafen wollte, lag auch noch eine Spinne in meinem Bett.

Сервис супер, качество номера так себе.

Грязные ковры. Не закрывающееся полностью окно, как следствие - мороз ночью и шум от проезжающих машин, будто сидшь на улице. 3/4 каналов на телевизоре отключены. Вайфай кое как работает только ночью. Вечером просто недостаточное качество связи. Оочень узкая парковка. Без парктроников по кругу не встанешь между машин. Но очень приятные девушки на ресепшене, русскоговорящие.

Convenient location close to Dusseldorf Hbf with reasonable price. One or two staff are at the front and they are kind. There's hand towel, bath towel and liquid soap but no slippers, hair shampoo/conditioner, tooth brush, shaver and hair dryer. You can borrow hair dryer at the front. Expedia indicated they provide laundry service but they don't. There is laundry shop near the hotel but it didn't open open on time when I went there. (8:30-19:00) It takes two days for normal service. They also have express service which takes one day. There also is coin laundry facility in ten minute walk. At the front there is panel which indicates breakfast time from 7-10, but 8-10 at present.

Sauber, sehr einfach

Alles sauber, jedoch zum Teil deutlich abgenutzt. Fahrstuhl sehr laut, Leselampe defekt, Bad gegenüber auf dem Flur für das Zimmer, laut Hotelrezeption gibt es aber auch Zimmer mit direktem Badezimmerzugang. Das Bad hatte deutlichen 70er/80er Jahre Charme. WLAN gab es, aber keinen Internetzugang. Die in der online-Beschreibung erwähnte Komfortbadewanne gibt es nicht. Handtücher oft gewaschen und dünn.
