"The location is perfect, it’s next to lots of restaurants and free parking. Walkable to the port of Montenegro Their carpark was full but reception directed us to free parking close by. The beach is directly opposite and well maintained The room was a sea view room which was lovely. Breakfast was ok but could be better in terms of what’s on offer The only downside I would say is that although we checked out early to do a boat trip, we didn’t need to leave for the airport (10 min drive) until 3pm. We asked to come back and use a room/spa to shower- they said no. I thought this let the customer experience down as otherwise we had a great stay"

"We had a wonderful stay at Olli’s Boutique Hotel in Montenegro. For a brand-new hotel, they are doing an amazing job.. The service feels very personal, the staff quickly get to know their guests and their needs, which is exactly what makes a boutique hotel special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is such a kind and welcoming man and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. The entire staff were exceptional ,friendly, attentive, professional and truly above five star service. The property is beautiful, extremely clean and very well maintained. We especially loved the gorgeous sunbeds and the beautiful, clean swimming area. There are just a few very minor details that could be improved, such as having reception and other important extension numbers available on the room phones and offering a little more variety at breakfast. But these are very small things, especially considering how new the hotel is. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay at Olli’s again. Beautiful property, wonderful people and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended ❤️ Hyam"

"We loved our stay, this hotel was the best part of the trip. The standard king room was spacious, the bed was truly comfortable, requested the recovery pillow and slept so well for the first time in a while. The restaurant Siro table was a true gem, we had the best food of the trip from their restaurant, good variety, approachable prices. Lovely outdoor pool. The rooftop Siro social had a good DJ on Friday night. Overall a wonderful stay we would definitely return in future."

"Very nice and attentive staff. Asked for soap (dispenser in room was broken) and it was brought in 2 minutes. The shower was a bit of a challenge (small). Only had shampoo a soap- no conditioner. "Customer service was very hit and miss. While some staff were friendly and professional, others seemed uninterested, often offering no greeting or smile. The complimentary boat service to the port was poorly managed. We arrived at 6:50 pm, within the advertised 6:00-7:00 pm operating hours, but the boat had already left. The next day, we arrived before 6:00 pm and it was already full. 2 friends of the skipper pushed their way to the front and jumped on the boat so we ended up squeezing onto an overcrowded boat for the 10-minute trip. It was also disappointing that hotel guests had to pay for basic sunbeds, as the free ones were usually taken. Reception arranged a private taxi that cost €45 for a 20-minute journey into town. The next day, I specifically requested a metered taxi for the same trip and it cost only €25. A more transparent approach would have been appreciated. Breakfast was below average, with dried-out food, overripe fruit, and unhelpful staff making even a hot drink difficult to order. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but inconsistent service, poor communication, extra charges, and disappointing breakfast quality detracted from the experience."

"Location was perfect, staff was very helpful! We did have our AC leaking all night but weren’t willing to pack up and move just for one night. Would like if the pool was open longer hours. Parking was a pain but convenient location after figuring it out. The view really makes this place spectacular."
