"There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...

"Incredible hotel totally lived up to expectations. Very clean, great food, helpful staff, amazing spa and pool and the gym was top notch Only slight downside was the closure of some areas as it was out of season but staff apologised and gave a personal approach. 100% will be visiting again!"

"Excellent place to stay in Kotor Bay. The resort has great views and facilities are top notch. The breakfast spread is sooo good and is included with the stay. The staff are so welcoming and friendly - the check in process was the smoothest i have ever experienced. The room was squeaky clean and was provided with bottled water (2) for each night of stay for free of cost. Definitely going back when in Montenegro."

"My friend and I stayed at Hotel Perla in Herceg-Novi for two nights, on our road trip through Montenegro. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and welcoming reception staff. They told us about the hotel and it's amenities, of which there are a great selection. We were also given a free room upgrade for the course of our stay - something that was much appreciated! The rooms were modern and spacious, equipped with a smart TV for streaming, decent in room appliances, and a good sized...

"What a lovely hotel. Only 11 rooms, a beautiful terrace looking out to the lake and lovely and helpful staff. They helped arrange car transfers from the airport to the hotel so everything was effortless. The room was clean and tidy, and for a sofa bed it was so comfortable. Loved the shower and it was lovely to be close to the lake and relax. I think the only thing I would say is some attention to details were missed. Our shower gel had run out but I would expect that to be checked when rooms...

"Absolutely excellent! Staff were so helpful. Food was amazing. Breakfast had a great selection I tried something new each day. I would highly recommend for an out of season treat. The spa was lovely!! We can't wait to return x"
