"J’ai réservé cet hébergement sous le nom “Cataleya”. À mon arrivée, le bâtiment affichait uniquement “Marina Seaside Boutique and Bistro”, sans mention visible de “Cataleya”, ce qui m’a causé une réelle confusion et m’a fait perdre plusieurs heures avant de confirmer qu’il s’agissait du bon endroit. Il m’a été expliqué par la suite que “Cataleya” correspondait au rooftop. Toutefois, la chambre qui m’a été attribuée se trouvait au 2e étage, et rien dans l’annonce ne précisait clairement qu’il s’agissait d’une section rooftop intégrée à un autre établissement. Je recommande aux futurs voyageurs de vérifier attentivement le nom exact de l’établissement, l’emplacement réel de la chambre et les services réellement inclus avant de réserver."

"The room was very nice and spacious. My kids enjoyed the beautiful bathtub. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! And the pool and beach options were perfect for us. We would definitely stay at the Pullman again! "
