"Breakfast service was excellent although the choice of continental is very limited and poorer quality products. The room was clean but very much in need of updating. The mechanical ventilation system makes the bathroom really quite cold and the towel rail was on fully. Love the hotel and staff and always a great vibe so none of this would put me off staying again but I’d love to see the rooms modernised. I’ve been staying here for 20 years now so I’m always going to choose this hotel over...

"lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay at the Lamlash Bay hotel, we were in one of the top floor rooms so the slanted roof was a bit of an issue for me but I managed to navigate without too many bumps. We really enjoyed the food on offer in the restaurant and it was nice just to chill out in the bar or take in the views outside, Top quality food, location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "Absolutely brilliant experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. A bit slow when ordering room service a few times we had to phone twice as nothing arrived and it took over 1 hour when it did. The food for a 5 star hotel isn’t the best and not worth the prices charged for it. Very adverage food. "
