"there is no staff there so you are on your own - but that is ok - it is a very small place - old but totally updated inside no extra emenities at all on the outside (ice etc) the stairs to the top floor are not the best but if you are fit, they work!! Booking was great with Expedia but the hotel itself says you need to fill out a form and give 2 pieces if ID? which is not true!! for the money it was worth it"

"Compared to the price charged for rooms at the major downtown establishments the Port O'Call is a bargain. A comfortable bed, free standing a/c unit and big tv was all we needed. If the motel is fully booked be prepared to not have a parking spot onsite if you arrive later in the evening. However (and management has no control over this) be aware that Terminal Avenue seems to be a popular road for street racers with obnoxiously loud exhaust pipes, both cars and motorcycles. "Staff was great, check-in was easy. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but on the inside, the rooms are beautiful, look to be freshly redone, clean and quality! A little noisy with the busy street nearby though."

"Location was close to where we needed to be for event. Massive confusion with our reservation but staff member took the time to figure things out. Rooms are ok. Flooring and beds were updated but walls need to be painted. Updated furniture would make the rooms more appealing. Old mixed with new look……old stood out."
