"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. "The photos are misleading. There is no pool or hot tub at this property. The pool / hot tub / sauna photos are from a different property owned by the same company 15 minutes away by car. They are not included in your stay at Casa Perfeuto Maria. The hotel is cute and interesting and the staff are wonderful. BUT, do not stay here for the hot tub and spa area, that is not part of this property."

"Though the room is not very spacious but it is clean and easy to find. The owner is so kind to provide some cakes and coffee free to the room guests. However, one minor issue is the water will spilled out to the floor after taking the shower."

"This is a very nicely remodeled old grand home with lovely and large rooms. It's quiet, clean, and very comfortable. A nice play to stay and explore Camarinas for a day or two. The only downside to the rooms is there isn't really a bathroom - there is a frosted-glass shower and separate toilet compartment that afford no privacy at all.
