"Arrived easy check in and departure."

"The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The shower knob control wouldn’t stay in position. It defaulted by slipping down with gravity. Picture a clock moving counterclockwise the 7:00 position fell on its own to 6:00 position."

"I was chargm?ed an extra day that I did not request. How do I fix the problem?"

"The inn had no rooms with walk in showers even though it was advertised. Had to go down to the reception area to use a microwave-none in room. Bed was so high that my wife had to use a stool to get into it. There was a preset alarm on the time clock for 6AM that was not expected. When the heat was off there was a fan that cooled the room too much immediately. The tub was slippery when used for a shower."

"The staff were extremely helpful to us. We were new to the area and they provided excellent dining options. They also recommended local Sights we might enjoy. The breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of good, healthy choices. The suite was very clean and was well appointed. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
