Lift not working. Feel that someone should have carried our luggage upstairs. They did half heartedly offer to carry it if we couldn't manage. Westlands of Pitlochry
The room was perfect. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to friends and family. Regards

The ensuite hadnt been cleaned and there were still crisps in various places in the lounge. Which we reported and the following day house keeping came out and cleaned shower tray only. Too many light switches and some did nothing. 2 heaters broke for entire stay even after reporting them. Great size ...

Tayview Lodges
Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed.
