"The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel in a long time. There were a few things in the room with issues: the drain plug in the sink was off, there was a bit of a mold smell in the bathroom, and the outlets by the bed were not working when I arrived. I called about the outlets and they came and fixed them right away. The other issues were minor. The main elevator went down shortly after my arrival, but luckily the property has 3 elevators. They put signs up immediately and did not allow it to be used, which is a much better experience than I had at my last hotel stay elsewhere when I got stuck in the elevator 3 times. It was a bit out of the way to get to my floor, but as a wheelchair user, I was not stranded unable to get to my room. There is ample accessible and van accessible parking! The restaurant on site is nice, but it would be nice if they offered a free breakfast. It was quiet overall and a very large facility with lots to do. I did not use any of the amenities: pool, workout room, etc. so I cannot comment on them. The front desk and maintenance were very helpful and kind. They addressed concerns immediately and the maintenance man who fixed my outlets even asked if everything was still working ok the next morning when he saw me in the hall. All the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, this has been my best hotel experience in years. I would return for another visit in the future."

"The only positive part of the stay was the front desk attendant. She was pleasant and the process was smooth. The property was appalling. Old dirty water under and around the shampoo bottle. A previous guests sock was just lying on the floor. The room had a foul old dirty smell. The pool area had a large puddle of standing rusty water. The pool was cold murky water with some weird brown and black unknown floating things in it. There were more issues but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "
