"Do not be fooled by the "resort" label. This place is a glorified 2-star motel with a predatory pricing model.We paid $300 per night only to be given a room with a depressing view of the parking lot—which, by the way, they charged us an additional $19 per day just to use.The "included breakfast" was an insult. There were no eggs, no bagels, and shockingly, no coffee. Instead, they served frozen sandwiches that looked like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.Save your money and stay...

"Very good location, if interested in water sports so much to do. All kind of activities and restaurants available close by. If the beds were not uncomfortable I would not have any complaints. "

"The area was great. It was a quiet, quaint little resort with perfect amenities for the 2l3 nights we stayed. The room was a great size with everything you would need, a refrigerator, cook top, and coffee maker. Definitely would stay again."

"The resort portion of the property is nice with a nice pool many hammocks and chairs and a good local bar restaurant. The townhouse portion where we stayed was in poor upkeep and not well maintained. It was a large townhouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, but only one parking spot. The check-in person wasn’t very friendly or helpful and seemed overwhelmed. I will not be going back to this property and I wouldn’t recommend the townhouse portion of this property."

"No pressure in the shower, the toilet leaked all night, toilet seat was broken , we had to go to the front desk twice for room supplies like tissues, toilet paper and towels. Had to pay a 10.00 fee a day to park there overnight. I mean come on, how do they expect me to get there? Walk 236 miles? No smoking permitted on property. I do not see why we couldn’t smoke at the tiki bar or poolside. It was an open air pool. Make sure you call your preferred place to stay and ask about the hidden...

"The grounds are nice, beach area is nice. Pool is good, heated to good temp. Hot tub jets not right. AC in our room didn’t work properly. Was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Not enough electricity outlets. Not in the right place and some didn’t work. No phone chargers. No place to hang clothes. Poor arrangement of furniture. No place to hang clothes in bathroom. Floor was very dirty. No smoke alarm."

"The place is beautiful, but the beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are the cheapest money can buy. I don't know who decided to put check-in at the back of the property and the rooms in the front building, but that seemed dumb to me. The staff there are incompetent. Trying to redeem my free breakfast was comedy of errors that took 15 minutes and 4 workers to figure out. in the end, we only got one breakfast out of the two. if it were better run and had better beds, this place would be great....

"It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too. "

"La Siesta is one of those places where the setting does most of the work. The ocean views, beach access, and relaxed atmosphere are great"

"We were concerned about being able to check In late. Our plane was late and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. It turned out good but we were very worried driving out late not knowing. It is very beautiful, staff kind and I do recommend staying there "
