Incredible property. Location right next to čingrija bus stop, very convenient. Room was well organized and extremely comfortable. The views on the balcony were amazing. The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly
Excellent stay! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are new, clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent for exploring Dubrovnik and easily reaching all the main attractions.
The real highlight is the staff: everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Hotel was beautiful and Josipa was amazing. All the staff were helpful and the setting rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was included and fantastic. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again if I find my way back to Dubrovnik.
All aspects of this facility are outstanding! The room was excellent with a view of the sea. Breakfast was beyond outstanding out on the patio overlooking the water. Every single member of the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful.
The location is good, about a 25 minute walk to Old Town and in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature with spectacular views of the Adradic Sea. This is not a typical hotel, rather a restored mansion built in 1914 with only 3 spacious bedrooms. It is part of a school that prepares students for working in tourism. Eager students, supervised by professional staff, do most of the work. We felt like the owners of the mansion and loved our time here. There is a bus stop in front of the entrance.
This boutique hotel is a gem. There are only 5 or 6 rooms and the property faces the Adriatic. The views are stunning. Walkable to Old Town. The tourism staff working at the property are very friendly and helpful. All of the staff are warm, kind and professional. Dinner at the hotel is an event not to be missed - delicious. We fell in love with this property and its staff. We will be back! Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa.
The location, ambience, rooms were top class, unique and special.
I can highly recommend the restaurant,it was one of the best culinary experiences we have had anywhere in the world.
The staff were very friendly & obliging making our stay unforgettable.
This is a unique property located in a beautiful villa overlooking the sea that also serves as an internship site for a culinary school.
Pros: The rooms are very modern, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order, and served on beautiful outdoor patios overlooking the sea. The villa also has a high-end restaurant, and the restaurant staff were extremely hospitable. The location is convenient—about a 15-minute walk to Old Town, with a bus stop directly in front of the property.
Cons: There is no staff on-site overnight, which became an issue when we encountered a problem during the night. There were no clear instructions about whom to contact, although we fortunately found a phone number on our reservation that worked.
Also, this property may not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty carrying luggage upstairs or climbing stairs. There is no elevator, there are stairs to reach the front entrance, and then approximately 40–50 stairs to reach some of the rooms.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful setting, modern rooms, excellent breakfast, and welcoming restaurant staff.
Great location overlooking the water. As this is a converted villa, they do not have a front desk to check in. They use key codes to enable entry in the villa and your room. I did not know this until I arrived. Expedia sent me multiple emails while I was in flight and I did not have a chance to check emails when I touched down to get this info. Fortunately there was staff there to help me out. My room was large and modern. Very comfortable
beautifully restored, very comfortable, just a few rooms and guests. Very quite. Rooms were lovely and well appointed.
Just a couple of comments, the curtains were very hard to pull/close and the music system for the restaurant was just under the window of our room. It is portable and could be moved around the corner.
Me and my girlfriend went there 2 nights, the place is amazing, an astonishing building resembling a royal palace, with an elegant garden. the room has a super view over the sea so romantic during sunset and susnshine. Double bed was very comfortable with many pillows, the bathroom had both shower and bath and double sink and mirrors. Room has a mini-fridge. Staff was super nice and careful to details, we were eating outside over the sea view, like a royal family or VIPs. Breakfast were delicious and very generous. It seemed everything unreal because it was so excellent and amazing like a beautiful dream. Such excellent accomodation and service at that afforbale price! super satisfied and happy like a honeymoon. we will come back for sure. compliments!
