"Before and upon arriving, off to a great start with excellent communication and airport transfer and welcome. We were a little early, but that was no problem, the room was ready and we were given the tour. Spacious room, huge bed, well furnished. Bathroom was super, shower top notch. Good and fresh food in the wonderful restaurant, portions on the smaller side however. Very good breakfast. We took a taxi transfer and private boat directly from the airport to the hotel, all booked through the hotel, arriving there in just an hour!"
