"First let me say the front desk staff were very pleasant and tried to accommodate our requests. Our first issue was that we were in the first floor right opposite the entry door off the parking lot and it did not lock. It was accessible by anyone at any time. Bugs also were able to get in and because our room was right in front of that outside door bugs did come in our room. We asked to change to the second floor which the staff said they could make work for the second night of our four night...
