Only that towels were stained not pristine white and bedsheets not smoothed before being remade. That said, service, location for amenities and transport excellent and staff very helpful that would recommend the hotel.

The rooms were very quiet and had a modern decor with very comfortable beds. The hotel is directly across from a tram station & walkway along the canal. It is a 10 minute walk from the closest Aircoach stop to/from the Dublin airport (Leeson Str, Lower). The staff were very attentive & rearranged our room assignment so that we could check in early when we arrived before check in time after an overnight transatlantic flight without being asked. This was very kind and was unexpected but very much appreciated ! Breakfast was not included but the restaurant had an extensive menu or a buffet was available. Overall a good place to stay a little off the beaten path.

We arrived at the hotel at 7am after a red eye flight hoping to just leave our bags, but the allowed us to check in early. It made our first day so much better! The room was spacious and clean. It was a great experience!

Lovely staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work and they moved our room instantly (to an upgraded room at no extra charge). Very relaxed atmosphere. Near all pubs and clubs, but no noise issue.
