We had the pleasure of staying at the One&Only Royal Mirage (Arabian Court) for just under a week, and our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The entire staff was exceptional — the attention to detail, the genuine hospitality, and the seamless service throughout our stay truly stood out. However, we want to give special recognition to one individual who made a lasting impression: Linn, the front desk receptionist. Linn was absolutely terrific in every interaction. From treating us to rose water each evening, offering thoughtful restaurant suggestions, and going out of his way to make our children feel special, he consistently went above and beyond. His charisma, warm personality, and clear passion for his job were evident in every moment. What truly touched us was that Linn came in on his day off with a handwritten letter to send us off to our next destination.
