"The property was lovely and spacious and the pool area was excellent. Communication could have been improved as after stating our time of arrival which was earlier, it was assumed that we could check in sooner as we weren't then advised something to the effect of "Great, you cannot check in until xxpm but you may use the pool etc". "The room was very small, but since we were only looking for a place to sleep at night, it worked well for us. There was no coffee machine in the room, but the air conditioning worked great. The staff was extremely helpful and even assisted us with checking in for our flights home and printing our boarding passes, which we really appreciated. Trogir Old Town and the bus station is about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel, which was not bad considering the affordable room rate. It was also conveniently located only 10–15 minutes by car from the airport."

"We loved Kaštel Novi and the hotel was wonderful, overall. Be advised, however, that this location is almost an hour on the public bus from Split, which I hadn’t realized when I made the reservation. It actually turned out to be a happy mistake, though, as Split is a much bigger city and quite hectic and crowded, and Kaštel Novi is very chill and absolutely gorgeous. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious. We had a problem with the shower drain backing up the night we arrived, but the staff fixed it right away. The a/c in the room is very weak and it was extremely hot while we were there, so good sleep was elusive. We were also given a room facing the church, which woke us up chiming the hour at 5:00 am every morning. The breakfast looked underwhelming, so we walked a few blocks down the street to a local pekarna (bakery) and bought fresh cheese burek for breakfast for a few euros instead."

"A fantastic hotel, especially when arriving in or departing from Split Airport. Less than 5 minutes drive from the terminal building. The hotel is brand new (2026), very clean, bright, high specification. Great beds and high-quality linen. A €3.50 bus ride into the beautiful town of Trogir. Breakfast was buffet style, but again very high quality. Other items available upon request. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. If you are visiting Croatia and staying away from Split (Hvar for example), this is a great option to break up the journey home. Highly recommended."

"Lovely location on the Ciovo side of Trogir. A short walk up the hill to the room from the boardwalk. Host was very accommodating with our early check in. Room was small but clean and bed was very comfortable. Small bathroom with water tank. We weren't informed that the hot water tank switch needs to be left on. So we had one hot shower over 2 nights - and even after I turned it on and gave it overnight to warm up, the water was only lukewarm. The other issue was the wifi - very spotty and not a strong connection. For someone coming from overseas and using an esim- we needed good wifi in the room and we it was not great. But the pool was lovely and we used it several times as the weather was over 30C. And the breakfast area, food and staff were terrific. We chose Trogir because it is quieter - and it was. We had a short walk to Old Town and a boat ferry for 10 euros/person to Split. Apart from the hot water and wifi issues it was great!!"

"This was, by far, my favorite hotel I have had the chance to stay at in Europe. 13/10 stars. To start with the property is gorgeous and is in an amazing location. The staff is beyond friendly and has been beyond accommodating. My memory card on my digital camera ran out of room and they were kind enough to get their personal laptops out since I did not bring mine to see if we could insert the card into their computer and delete old photos to free up space to take photos of beautiful Šibenik. I work in construction and project management and absolutely appreciate the preservation of historic artifacts found during the reconstruction of the hotel in 2021. They are displayed proudly throughout the hotel and give the space a unique feel that you will only find here. Mini bar was free, WiFi was fast, and the room was beautiful. Wish I could have stayed longer. I will absolutely be back on a future visit!"
