"The room was not kept and cleaned. Towels and garbage from previous customers left at the room and that was disgusting! We reserved a room for the family of 4 adults and needed additional 2 sets of bed linens for a sofa bed, but there wasn't any. We asked a receptionist at the lobby for house keeping when we went out to sightseeing to the city, but when we came back at the evening, the room was the same condition. The staff working was horrible. Good thing is we stayed the hotel only one night."

"It was a perfectly fine hotel and room. I chose it mainly because I wanted to be assured a parking space even if I came in late in the evening. Another review persuaded me to choose this hotel because it mentioned a big lot across the street that could be used if the small hotel lot was full. Well, that big lot was blocked off with concrete barriers so wasn't an option after all. But it didn't matter. There was plenty of free on-street parking close enough to the hotel to be assured of getting a suitable parking spot, so in the end I was glad to have selected this hotel. Another review mentioned that a standing floor fan was provided in the room, which also made the hotel more appealing to me. But this wasn't the case, and no fan was available even when I asked for one. I didn't get the hotel breakfast for the additional 19 euros. I went to it a little after 9am and everything had been picked over and I was told wasn't being replenished any more (breakfast ends at 10am). It might have been fine if I had arrived earlier. Instead I went to a bakery-cafe that was a pleasant 10-minute walk away. The hotel staff were friendly. I'd stay again."

"Even if this hotel is close to the airport in aerial distance sense, it is not that close to the FRA airport when it comes to driving time. The hotel is located somewhat far from the airport and the roads near the hotel has 30km/h or 50km/h limits. One has to be overly careful to not get a ticket ehen driving near the hotel area. The hotel is somewhat old and a little rundown. I believe there better hotel options close to the airport for similar price. Hotel having free parking available at the back side of the building is a big plus for this hotel though."
