"Lovely oldy worlde atmosphere and attention to detail of days gone by. Nothing is too much for them. Extremely comfortable beds and I am very fussy. Lovely comfortable sun beds as well. Well worth buying the room with access to the M lounge. Best of all free golf buggy transport to VIP entrance to the pyramids 5 minutes away that the public can’t use to the base of the great pyramid. "

"Unfortunately, the pool experience was a little disappointing. We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised a water park but when we arrived, the pool was ice cold and the slides were closed for the season. I really want to highlight that the staff were absolutely wonderful- truly welcoming professionals. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. If you’re hoping to enjoy the pool, I would recommend checking to see if it’s a good time of year. We were there during the last few days of Ramadan, in March. In hindsight, I see this wasn’t an optimal time for a pool visit."

Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. "

"The original basic room was depressing, and I paid to upgrade with a little difference. TV did not work. The broken windows did not seal, allowing streetcar noise in, etc. The worst part, they detain you until they check the room, and then they allow you to check out."

"The apartment was very nice and very big. We were very happy with the communication from Hazem. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom when we arrived, I messaged Hazem and he got somebody around to fix it the next morning which was very pleasing. The grounds around the apartment are really nice and the compound was in an excellent location. Overall we were pleased with our stay and we’d recommend to anyone thinking of staying here"
