"The food is really good, if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you can go for the buffet dinner and breakfast; great variety, healthy and clean. Room was always spotless thanks to Mohammed, and the entire hotel is being cleaned on regular basis. Staff is super kind and nice to talk with, specially the people at the bar: Mr Yousef, and the great service from the shisha specialist. After a long stay in Egypt I can say this was the best hotel we stayed. Definitely will come back! "

"Clean room with a spectacular view. If you can get one of the room with a terrace, I highly recommend. We felt well taken care of by the staff who were super accommodating. The area around is a bit run down like much of Giza, but with a quick Uber ride, which is easy to get, you can be in either West Cairo or downtown Cairo. "

"Cannot believe the value for this place. Quite possibly the best value I’ve ever had at a hotel? Giant room, big bed, comfortable. Good amenities. Staff was so friendly. Insane view of the pyramids and the museum is literally beside. Only thing is if you have mobility issues because I couldn’t find a cross walk and had to run across a highway a few times lol Amazing stay"

"Hotel is just opposite the GEM which gives you a perfect view on it from your room or the rooftop terrace. To get to the museum you cannot just cross the road in front of the hotel, you will have to walk about 400 meters or take a taxi. The staff, to begin with Kareem, is very kind and helpful. "The hotel was very clean everywhere - rooms, restaurants, and the public areas. The staff were very courteous and were always keen to help. Everything in the room worked fine. Water and coffee/tea making facilities were constantly provided in the room and replenished on request. Beautiful gardens and lawns everywhere. I paid for breakfast and dinner (half board) in my room rate. Breakfast was fine with a large choice. Dinner (buffet) was okay with generally the same items but slight daily...

"Pro : Personal super nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr leckeres Essen bzw. Isst unbedingt typisch ägyptischer Frühstück ( der Typ, den Frühstück vorbereitet super nett und der rasiert sich jeden Tag und zieht sehr schickes Anzug und sehr freundlich lächelt) Gib bitte ruhig jede da Trinkgeld sogar die Damen die putzen, die freuen sich immer riesig ich finde es so schön jemanden zum lächeln bringst. ( die verdienen gar nicht gut da). Contra: die haben schlechtes Internet im Ägypten...
