"The location is great and the hotel property is clean but the bathroom smelled terrible ( bad smell from drain) which appeared fixed the next day, hot water kettle stopped working, bathroom toiletries were all empty - had not been refilled. The room itself was clean and spacious. Hotel breakfast and staff at breakfast were both great."

The private underground parking was clean All staff the we came across said hello with a smile. This is a well trained team. Only caveat was the EV/PHEV charging required a subscription, which is not a big deal for our PHEV but may be for a pure EV"

The sheer quantity of choice and quality of the food was outstanding. We enjoyed 3 nights there, and would not hesitate to return or highly recommend for a great stay!"
