Had the host charge my husband even tho I paid for the room online, the second I came to tell my husband I already paid they acted like they didn’t know and refunded ..."

"The service was very friendly but it felt like there was only 1 person managing the entire hotel. The room lacked some basic amenities like a mirror, trash bin, or mini fridge. "They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."
