It's situated at a short distance from Yerevan, mostly famous for its ski resorts. However, for me, it was convenient to make a visit to Lake Sevan, Kecharis Monastery and Sevanavank Monastery from this place.

The property was well decorated, inviting and clean. We had some problems with our shower drain being clogged and our kitchen sink as well. The walls are very thin so it can be challenging to find peace and quiet but it’s a very cute property.
