Mostly, the bathroom was not clean—my friend and I opted not to take a shower until our next destination, as it made us quite uncomfortable. The walls were also very, very thin, but I suppose that comes with age. The breakfast had a pretty good selection, but the vegan milks were warm. All of those downsides don't matter in the long run because we felt quite safe."

"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website).
