"A/C made a loud clicking noise every time it shut off, it woke me up every 45-60 minutes. I switched rooms the following morning, the A/C didn’t cool very well, I left it on while we went to dinner and when I got back two hours later the A/C had shut itself off. Elevator doors malfunctioned multiple times, had to take the stairs a couple times."

"Was a great location for food choices."

"The staff was incredibly nice but the cleanliness could use some work. The fire alarm went off for about half hour, no info provided upon evacuation. Lights in my room flickering the entire time. Refrigerator didn’t work."

"The staff was the shining star… They were so helpful. "Kind and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms and shared spaces."

"Bathroom Floor is so slippery when wet it is a lawyer suit waiting to happen."

"The staff at this hotel are wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The carpets could use some cleaning and the place could use some general updating."

"Our room was clean, there was new carpet but the room still had a musty smell which would be nice if they could resolve… everything else was good."

"Helpful staff, clean room."

Last room was clean enough and at least had made up beds but all the floors were so sticky and had gross hair and unknown substance in each of the rooms like they had never been mopped. Felt like a gross glue trap on the floor. Definitely not the Standard I’ve come to expect from a Sonesta property. Manager...

"Staff could have been more friendly. Drawers in dressers don't open easily. Good breakfast. VERY PRICEY when baseball/softball tournaments are in town in summer!"
