"The staff was very nice and helpful"

"Quick check in and room was very clean."

"Staff was great....pool was closed for no apparent reason.....location to restaurants and venues was perfect."

"The room was clean and nice, but there were loud cars and motorcycles blaring music and racing until close to 4 am, so was very hard to sleep. When I went to the lobby at 6 am after getting up, there was trash from the night before and one of the lobby toilets was "clogged" and smelly. The lobby staff guy was just sitting there on his phone not doing anything. The bar staff on the main level was nice at night. That was not the case in the morning. "Everything was great except the parking. I was visiting and of course my family and friends at different times wanted to visit but according to the desk clerk in order for them to visit they would have to come in, give them my room number, get a parking pass then go back out and park. "The guard at front desk was amazing and made the trip so awesome"

There is ample parking for the guests on the street or in the large parking deck right next door. We...

"Was suprised as the poor condition of the room (worn floors, chipped walls, cabinent missing hinge, mold in shower) and location gets lots of street noise from cars racing their engines at night. Just not what we expected from an Indigo flagged property"

"Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! "
