I stayed in a suite and while it wasnt the black suite I wanted, it was still nice. The parking attendant was very friendly and efficient. The hotel seems nice and clean. Im only stayinh 1 night so I cant really get too far into my review but I did enjoy seeing some personal touches such as 2 water bottles and a "Welcome" posting on the TV with my name.

Beautiful hotel! Nice beds, hot showers, quiet (even though the train was nearby), and friendly staff. The made-to-order breakfast was convenient every morning and the food was great. I picked this hotel over the larger convention hotels and had a nice, safe walk to the convention center. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms at the Westin were very overpriced this weekend so I decided to try the Kelly. My room was very nice, the staff were great, there were a lot of food options within walking distance and an uber to the Civics Center was just $4.

Our first experience with this hotel. It was wonderful! Miss Althea at the Front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. She helped us get into our room early so we could change clothes to attend graduation as we had been traveling since early morning. Gave us information about the hotel and restaurants close by. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent stay! Highly friendly staff! The door men/valets were very sweet and helpful. Lauren the bartender was the absolute best! My sister and I visited with her for hours. She is a true gem! The chef even came out and gave us some little cheesecakes that he was working on to get our feedback… I’d definitely recommend this property based on the staff alone!
